Grilled Salmon Recipe

Yield
4 servings (serving size: 1 fillet)

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon minced (fresh) ginger root
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
• Cooking spray


Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and microwave until hot (about one minute). Turn oven onto broil. Pour the sauce over the salmon and broil for 8-12 minutes. The salmon should be soft to the touch and slightly rare on the inside. You can also grill this if you would like.
