HARD Nutrition spokesperson Steve Hess, was joined by professional basketball players Chris “The Birdman” Andersen and Nene Hilario to greet all of the participants and kick off the 5K, 10K, and Kids Fun Run races.

In this day and age it's virtually impossible to expect teenagers to eat perfect. That's why a Hard Nutrition supplement program can be vital for success in the classroom and on the field of any high school student athlete...just ask my son Carlos Aviles Sophomore starting Varsity Linebacker for Valor Christian H.S. Football team. Carlos Jr. played a huge role in Valor Christian HS Varsity Football Team recent 2010 4A State Championship!

My son takes the Health + functional water to stay focused in the classroom and a complete H.A.R.D. Nutrition supplement program (Whey Protein, Power System, Test B, R3 and of course Win Functional Water) for the extra edge in the gym and on the football field.

During the past football season my Son had a nagging injury (hamstring strain) and if it wasn't for intense treatment and H.A.R.D. Nutrition he may not have been able to play. Not only did my Son continue to play...but at a extremely high level recording 63 Tackles and 8 Sacks on the season. Including a big sack in the championship that was displayed on the front page of the Denver Post Sports page (see below).

This offseason my Son has continued his supplement program and has been training like a beast. He is close to 200lbs of solid muscle and is ready to start the Valor Christian HS offseason football program with a "BANG" in  April. "My training starts with H.A.R.D. Nutrition...I can really feel the difference!" stated Carlos Jr. after a recent workout.

My Son's Junior year looks very promising; not only on the football field but in the classroom too.

One of our more inspiring athletes Chris Kramer has really been making waves in the world of Bodybuilding. Chris placed 2nd at the recent Master Nationals in Pittsburgh and is prepping for her next competition in Vegas.

Even an athletic specimen such as Chris has some occasional set backs. Chris recently had a major back injury that required surgery and rehabilation. Chris is now back at 100% thanks to her hard work and of course a H.A.R.D. Nutrition supplement program.

"The Performance Pack, Vita Pack, Sports Cleanse and Protein really helped expedite my recovery time" Chris stated in a recent visit to our corporate office.

The 2010 NPC H.A.R.D. Nutrition Natural Colorado Open (Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships) was a huge success for the Fitness Team this year. Hosted by our very own Hard Nutrition Athlete...Liane Seiwald (IFBB Pro) www.LianeSeiwald.com.

Liane spent most of her time on stage introducing athletes, presenting trophies, and of course educating the audience about H.A.R.D. Nutrition!

Our Fitness Team handed out our popular cooler bags containing samples to the enthusiastic attendees throughout the night; with over 800 guests and athletes in attendance.

Numerous athletes stopped by our booth...all with the same comment: "I love your WIN Drink...I use it before every workout; The supplements in the cap is an awesome invention!"

The H.A.R.D. Nutrition Fitness Team continues to educate and support the Colorado Community...This time we team up with The Westminster Police and SWAT Team at their annual marathon.

Law Enforcement across Colorado use our performance supplements and Functional waters daily to give them the needed edge in their physically demanding job.

Recently H.A.R.D. Nutrition sponsored a huge tournament in Littleton, Colorado where hundreds of athletes and spectators got a chance to try our Functional Waters...The Win Functional Water was a BIG HIT!!

Win is what we did this weekend.   We played 7 games on Sunday to take Second Place out of 36 teams. I thought the “Win” product was awesome until I could hardly move after 7 games, then we passed out the “GET OVER IT”

Man this stuff works. I have never gotten over a tourney  muscle soreness that fast as this weekend.

The Rocky Mountain Shootout will be played in Aurora Sports Complex On July 23-25 with both Men’s and women’s  Divisions for a 4 state region Approximately  200 teams and 3000 players. Three other major Tourney’s are schedule in the Next 3 Months as well.
