What's For Breakfast: Yogurt Drink

Yogurt Drink

Great for in the Morning

¾ c. Yogurt (Mountain High plain) Make sure it is marked “from whole
culture” and not culture added
¼ c. Steamed Brown Rice (Boiled if not steamed)
Blend

Add
1 Banana (Brown not green)
4-6 Strawberries or
¾ cup of Blueberries (one or the other, not both)
Blend

Add
1or 2 scoops Protein Powder
Blend

Note: you can add 1 or 2 tbs. fresh ground flax seeds for the omega oils

The rice will keep in fridge for up to 3 days if you want to make extra.
You can substitute Organic rolled oats (dry not cooked) for the rice.
