At this years NPC Max Muscle Mile High Natural Championships (http://www.jefftaylor.com/Flyer-milehigh2010_web.pdf) our Functional Waters were a huge hit! We also brought T-shirts (with our logo and slogan) for all attendees and athletes...look for our shirts on the backs of athletes at local Health Clubs across Colorado.

Additionally, we made new distribution contacts with numerous gym owners and personal trainers across Colorado (Check back soon for updates on new Hard Nutrition Distributors).

The H.A.R.D. Nutrition Team is pleased to introduce our latest Athlete...IFBB Pro, Taylor Waldrop!

Taylor is quite an accomplished Athlete with goals that fall right in line with the Hard Nutrition Mission.

Taylor has her BA in Sports Marketing, is a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, LFL Football Player for The Denver Dream and is competitng in IFBB Pro Body Building Championships across the US.

In 2010 Taylor will be competing at The Phoenix Pro Show, The Pittsburgh Pro Show, The Europa Super Show in Dallas and hopefully "The Olympia"...

Here are some of Taylor Waldrop's accomplishments:

2006, 2nd place at The NPC Colorado State Championships.

2007, 2nd place at The NPC Northern Colorado Championships.

2007, 2nd place at The NPC Rocky Mtn Championships.

2008, Taylor won The 2008 NPC Colorado State Championships in her class!

2009, Taylor won The 2009 NPC USA Championship in her class!

The H.A.R.D. Nutrition Team is always on the lookout for special athletes that are making an impact in our society.

Our latest athlete Chris Kramer is an amazing woman with a mission and goal that is inline with the H.A.R.D. Nutrition Philosophy.

Chris Kramer is a 42 year old (yes 42...doesn't she look incredible) hairstylist, personal trainer, a mother of two teenage daughters and a wife of 22 years. Eight years ago Chris changed her life and took her love of a healthy lifestyle to the next level and became an NPC Bodybuilding Figure Competitor.

Here's some of Chris Kramer's accomplishments:

2002, Chris won her class and the overall at the Natural Western USA, won her class at the INBF BEST Of the West, and won The NPC Western Regional in her class.

2003 Chris won the NPC Natural Colorado Open in her class and Overall Title.

2004 Chris won the NPC Colorado Open in her class and the Overall, also won the Carol Semple Championship in her class

2007 Chris won The NPC Mile High Natural in her class.

2008 Chris won the NPC Carla Sanchez Fitness Fiesta in her class and The Overall.

2009 Chris won The NPC Rocky Mountain Championships over 40 class...this win qualified her to go compete for her  Pro-card

Here's a statement from Chris: "I'm excited to be working with HARD NUTRITION and I hope to finally take all the hard work and dedication...combine it with the knowledge and wisdom of Dr. Robert Nikkel to acheive pro status at the national level!"

H.A.R.D. Nutrition Athlete Liane Seiwald, IFBB Pro is definitely a woman of action...finding the time to train and compete as a Pro Athlete...meanwhile being a mother of two, training athletes daily, developing the H.A.R.D. Nutrition Healthly living segment, instructing her weekly Boot Camp at Red Rocks and posing for our Marketing department...Whew!

I don't know how you do it Liane, but were glad you're on our team...

H.A.R.D. Nutrition had two future athletes on stage at this years Rocky Mountain Championships. Chris Kramer took first place and Jen Duran (trained by Liane Seiwald, IFBB Pro/H.A.R.D. Nutrition Athlete) came in 5th. The Ladies looked awesome and The H.A.R.D. Nutrition Team is extremely excited about their future with our Fitness Team.

Nutrition new distributor www.bodiesbybridgette.com owner Bridgette Moody competed at The Colorado State Bodybuiding, Fitness & Figure Championship (placing in the top 5 in her weight class). Bridgette has just launched her new website/personal training service and has made H.A.R.D. Nutrition her exclusive performance supplement company. I'm very enthusiastic to work with Bridgette and her numerous weight loss programs. Ex-Denver Broncos Linebacker Ian Gold educates the athletes at The Practice with the Pros football camp. Ian spoke about hard work, taking care of your body, and education. Ian also introduced his new website to the camp www.whatarekidssaying.com a place where kids can go post their thoughts, essays, poems etc to the world.
